Shipping Policy

Orders ship via UPS, FedEx or USPS ground from Manassas Virginia. Tracking information will be sent to the customer as the product goes into production. In some cases, orders may not be complete and ready for shipment at the time the tracking label is printed. Allow 3 days for production from the time the label is printed before showing on the shippers website. Call 703 885-1483 should the tracking information not appear on the FedEx, UPS or USPS site after such time.

International Shipping

Thousand Oaks Barrel Co.'s policy is that we DO NOT ship International! We will on occasion make exceptions. If you are outside the continental U.S. and interested in our products, you will need to contact our office by phone or email prior to order.

Rush Orders

To Request an expedited order, select rush production as your shipping method when checking out, and provide a valid phone number. We will follow up by phone. Rush orders means that your product moves to the front of the line. It does not provide for expedited shipping. After your "RUSH" order is placed we will call you regarding expedited shipping.

HOLIDAY SHIPPING DEADLINES
 
All orders made by December 12th, 2021 at midnight, will be produced and shipped out in time for Christmas delivery. TOB does not guarantee delivery issues within the UPS, FED EX, or USPS delivery systems. Call us at 703 885-1483 should you have delivery concerns. Orders made after  December 12th will be processed on a first in first out basses. Allow up to 5 extra days for production.
