Mexican Corn Whiskey Essence is a blend of Heirloom, Blue and Black Corn flavors. In recent years craft distillers in the Oaxaca region have produced award winning whiskies with the abundance of corn from the region. The flavor expands and charred oak notes are imparted when aged in a small or mini oak barrel. Made in the USA.

How does it work?

To start, cure your barrel per instructions. Pour grain alcohol or neutral (unflavored) vodka into the barrel along with the Swish Barrel Essence (included). Give it a good shake to incorporate the ingredients then let it rest or mature. In just two weeks time, begin tasting your one-of-a-kind blend and when aged to perfection, simply serve straight from the tap or move to one of our personalized bottles to stop the aging process.
