Description
20ml packet of Swish Barrel "XO Brandy" Essence. Add the "Extra Aged" oak barrel flavor to your spirits. XO Brandy is an extra fine French style grape brandy, distilled in traditional copper alembic stills since the 17th century.
Instructions: Pour the contents of the packet in a 1 liter barrel or (750 mL) bottle and add 2/3 cup (100 g) of granulated sugar. Fill with 26 fl. oz. (750 mL) of 25-30% alc./vol. grain alcohol, or neutral vodka. Shake until the sugar has completely dissolved. If desired, thicken with 1 fl. oz. (29 mL) of glycerin. Makes 28 fl. oz. (810 mL).
