20ml packet of Pure Pot Still Whiskey Essence. Pure Pot Still Whiskey Essence is an Irish style flavoring. The taste reflects the mixture of malted and unmalted barley completely distilled in a pot still within a single distillery. This flavor differs from single malt whiskey through the inclusion of raw, unmalted grain in the mash. This style has also historically been referred to as "pure pot still" whiskey and "Irish pot still whiskey. Single pot whiskeys were the most common style of Irish whiskey until the emergence of blends in the 20th century. The flavor expands and oak notes are imparted when aged in a small or mini oak barrel.

Instructions: Pour the contents of the packet into a barrel or (750ml) bottle. Fill with 25 fl. oz. (725ml) of 40% alc./vol. grain alcohol, neutral vodka or swish alcohol. Shake well to mix thoroughly. Makes 26 fl. oz. (750 mL). Use 1 bottle of essence per liter of alcohol. Age spirits to your taste in an Oak Barrel!
