Design Your Own Moonshine Jug
Your name. Your words. Your picture. Laser-burned into the belly of a classic moonshine jug, exactly the way you see it on screen.
Every other personalized jug starts from somebody else's design. This one starts from you. Type the words you want on the label, pick a look, describe the picture you have in mind (or use a photo of your own), and Merlin, our design engine, draws your label on the jug while you watch. How it works
- Your words. The name on top, what's in it (Moonshine, Bourbon, Apple Pie…), and up to three more lines: a distillery or second line, a town, a year.
- A look. Twelve styles, from Appalachian moonshiner to Kentucky bourbon, frontier, nautical, Irish pub and more. Each is a starting point, not a template.
- Your picture. Mix and match a star, a place and extras, type anything at all, or send a photo. Merlin draws the picture and the lettering together as one woodcut label.
- What you see is what we burn. The proof shows your label on the jug. The laser burns exactly that.
The jug
A classic moonshine jug in durable glass with the look of old stoneware: a tan body, a rich brown top, a sturdy side handle and a natural cork stopper. The jug is painted; the laser burns the paint away where your design is, so the label shows as the jug's own dark glass through the cream paint, crisp and permanent. The label area is 4 inches wide by 3 inches high on the belly.
Made to order in our own shop. Each jug is burned one at a time from the design you approved, so no two are alike.
