At Thousand Oaks Barrel Co., we take pride in preparing and shipping your order with care. Whether you're purchasing an oak aging barrel, a personalized gift, or a whiskey-making kit, our goal is to get your products to you as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Free Shipping on Orders Over $149

Enjoy FREE standard ground shipping on orders over $149!

Qualifying orders shipped within the continental United States receive free standard shipping. No promotional code is required.

Orders of $149 or less are subject to standard shipping charges calculated during checkout.

Free shipping applies to standard ground delivery and does not include rush production or expedited shipping services.

Standard Shipping

Orders ship from our facility in Manassas, Virginia, using UPS, FedEx, or USPS ground services.

Many of our products require production or preparation before shipping, particularly personalized and custom-engraved barrels.

Once your order enters production, a shipping label may be generated and tracking information emailed to you. Receiving a tracking number does not necessarily mean your package has shipped.

Please allow up to 3 business days after your shipping label is created for production to be completed and tracking information to become active on the carrier's website.

If your tracking information has not updated after that period, please contact us at 703-885-1483, and we'll be happy to assist you.

Rush Orders & Expedited Production

Need your order sooner? We understand that sometimes a special occasion, birthday, anniversary, or last-minute gift can't wait.

To request priority handling, select Rush Production during checkout and provide a valid telephone number so our team can contact you if necessary.

Rush Production moves your order to the front of our production queue, helping reduce the time required to prepare your purchase.

Important: Rush Production and expedited shipping are two different services.

• Rush Production: Prioritizes the preparation and production of your order.
• Expedited Shipping: Provides faster transportation through UPS, FedEx, or USPS after your order has been completed.

Selecting Rush Production does not automatically upgrade your shipping service.

After your rush order is placed, our team will contact you by telephone to discuss available expedited shipping options if needed.

If you have a specific delivery deadline, we encourage you to contact us before placing your order so we can discuss available options.

International Shipping

Thousand Oaks Barrel Co. does not offer international shipping as a standard service.

We may occasionally make exceptions depending on the destination, products ordered, and shipping requirements.

If you are located outside the continental United States and are interested in purchasing our products, please contact our office by telephone or email before placing your order.

Any special shipping arrangements must be approved in advance.
